Resource, AKA Asset, which is is anything of value that an individual or organization owns, including tangible things like real estate and intangible things like patents.

Resources can be categorized as tangible (physical) or intangible (non-physical), and further by their liquidity or how they are used, such as current assets (easily converted to cash) or long-term investments.
